Alexandre graduated at the University of Economics and Mathematics, Aix-en-Provence in 2003. In 2004, he also graduated at the Political Science Institute, completing a Master’s in Strategic Intelligence at the School of Information Warfare, Paris, France in 2005. Alexandre started his career as special advisor Strategic Affairs at the French Parliament in 2005 in Paris, France. He then moved to Brussels to set up and work for EuropaBio (The European Association for Biotech-Industries), in cooperation with the European Commission (the European Task Force on Bioterrorism) from 2005 to 2008. Between 2008 and 2009 Alexandre worked as a consultant at CEIS (European Strategic Intelligence Company) in Brussels, where he was in charge of managing several consortia within the FP7 Programme on Security Research. He also worked as a consultant for ESD Partners in Paris from 2009 to August 2010, being responsible for managing complex CBRNe projects. As an expert on Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Strategic Intelligence, he has managed various consulting projects for major industrial players in the field of security, defence and high-technologies. Alexandre joined IB Consultancy in August 2010, where he is in charge of EU business development.
