IPACT Presented at UNSCR1540 Review in NYC

At the Review Meeting of the UNSCR 1540 Committee meeting, held at the UN Headquarters in New York on September 30-October 2nd 2009, Ilja Bonsen (managing consultant at ib consultancy) presented on behalf of the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina the IPACT program. The IPACT program is a first integral approach to implementation of resolution 1540 in combination with CBRN crisis management, preparedness and resilience.
