IB Consultancy is organising the CATCH CBRN Training Curriculum End-User Workshop, which will take place at the Clingendael Institute on the 10th of March 2011. During this workshop numerous presentations on CBRN Training programmes and curriculums are made by national and international organisations. You will have the opportunity to review and discuss these CBRN training programmes and to develop an inventory of end-user requirements.
The CATCH Project
‘CATCH’ is short for CBRN Advanced Training Curriculum The Hague. The project aims to meet the demand for the education, training and exercising of first responders to potential CBRN incidents. The Hague CBRN Curriculum (HCC) will consist of multiple components:
- An E-learning strategy and e-learning introductory course;
- A software-based CBRN incident response gaming simulation;
- Live Agent Training;
- A Masters Course at the Clingendael Institute.
It is intended that, once the project is complete, the HCC will go on to be the basis for a European Standard in a European Committee for Standardisation (CEN) Workshop Agreement.
