‘How to prepare a succesful FP7 Proposal’ A one-day intensive Training Course- 7th, 14th & 21st of June in Brussels, Belgium

The 7th Framework Programme or FP7 is a great opportunity to receive European support to develop and share innovative solutions to modern security challenges. Companies could take the opportunity to develop new products to sell, while end users could use the solutions to combat any modern security challenges they encounter. However getting a succesful bid is not an easy task, giving that only 15% of all proposals submitted are awarded. This ultimately raises the question of “how can we be sure that our proposal will be retained?”

Winning an FP7 project starts with having an excellent proposal. To help those who want to succesfully prepare a bid for an FP7 project, IB Consultancy is organising a One-Day Intensive Proposal Preparation Training Course.  The course is designed so that participants will acquire the skills and knowledge needed to win an FP7 project.

The course touches upon essential themes such as policy context, consortium building, legal aspects, how to structure a proposal, evaluation criteria. A substantial part of the course deals with the financial part of FP7 projects such as building budgets, calculating overhead, estimating costs and submission in EPSS. The programme also includes a number of practical exercises to fully prepare participants for their own FP7 proposals.
